Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or cash. The remaining balance is payable directly to the car rental company at the time of vehicle pick-up. A valid credit card or cash must be used for payment.
All charges will be processed in Turkish Lira. Please note that your bank may use a different exchange rate when converting the amount to your currency, which could result in a discrepancy on your credit card statement. To avoid any exchange rate differences, we recommend paying in cash.
It is mandatory to present a valid British or International Driving License. Drivers must be at least 21 years old for car rentals and 25 years old for jeeps and minibuses. Additionally, the driver must have held a valid driver's license for a minimum of two years.
Child seats are available upon request and must be ordered at the time of booking. These seats are designed to fit children weighing up to 16 kg. Rent A Car Dalaman Airport is not responsible for fitting the car seats, and seats must be returned in the same condition they were provided.
Unlimited mileage is included in all rental rates.
24-hour roadside assistance is provided, including vehicle replacement if necessary, in the event of an accident or damage.
After completing the online reservation, Rent A Car Dalaman Airport will provide an electronic copy of the rental documents and the Rental Voucher. Customers must retain a copy of these documents and present them to the representative upon pick-up. Rent A Car Dalaman Airport cannot be held responsible if the customer fails to present the Rental Voucher at the time of pick-up. A copy of the Rental Voucher is stored in our records and can be accessed by the customer using the reservation number provided via email after booking.
Zero Risk Option is available for just £5 per day. This option covers all costs related to damages, ensuring no additional charges or excesses will be incurred following an accident.
When you want to rent a car excluding insurance, you must provide your credit card details and pay a deposit.
Preauthorization Car or Cash Deposit Both Acceptable
Preauthorization: Please be aware that the amount is not debited from your account; it is temporarily held by your bank for the duration of the rental. After the rental period ends, the hold is automatically released. This action does not result in any charges to your account.
Cash Deposit: We accept GBP, Euro, USD and Turkish Lira. This is refunded on returning the car.

If you buy zero-risk insurance, no credit card details or deposit are required.
Important Note
Insurance will be void if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeds legal speed limits, fails to obtain a police traffic report, or does not return the damaged car and report to the nearest Safe Rent A Car office within 48 hours. Additionally, insurance does not cover damages caused by misuse of the vehicle or gross negligence.
Additional Drivers
Unlike other companies, our company does not charge an extra fee for additional drivers.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are not provided with a full tank of fuel. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was received. However, there will be enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol station at the time of pickup. No refunds will be given for unused fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than it had upon delivery, a charge equivalent to the missing fuel will be applied.
Traffic Fines
Legal liabilities arising from traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
Car Groups/Models
Particular vehicle makes and models are not guaranteed, but the requested group and specifications are assured. SAFE CAR RENTAL reserves the right to provide a similar or higher category vehicle if circumstances beyond our control arise.
Reservation Cancellation or Modification
Reservation cancellation or modification is free of charge. You can make changes or cancel your reservation through the "Manage Booking" section located in the top right corner of our website. To complete these actions, simply enter the code sent to you via email when you made your reservation. If you cannot find the code, please check your junk mail folder.
Office Location
Our Office is just outside of the Dalaman airport but we meet you at the airport with your name on a board 7 days 24 hours.
Flight Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct flight number and arrival time before departure. If this information is not available at the time of booking, please ensure to inform us at least seven days prior to departure. If the details are not provided on time, no responsibility will be accepted, nor compensation granted for a failed rental. This allows our staff to be ready for your arrival.
If your flight is delayed, our local representative will track your flight and wait for you at the airport.
Pet Policy
We do allow pets in vehicles. However, excessive pet hair, soiling, or damage caused by animals may result in additional charges.
